Here’s how
Trusted Family Foundation has built a strong program based on reuniting families. We are local role models to foster children and foster homes as we build our relationships with the community on trust and transparency. With roots in Parenting with Love and Logic, we provide material and suggestions for working with children of all ages. We also have a thorough education program that teaches foster parents understand how to best relate and respond to trauma related behaviors.
THE STATISTICS
Every year, 686,000 children in the United States endure abuse and neglect, with nearly 10% of this national average concentrated in Texas. Specifically, 66,398 cases are reported, with 5,670 children ending up in foster care. At Trusted Family Foundation, compassion is the driving force behind our mission to address these concerning statistics, one child at a time.
Whether abandoned, severely neglected, emotionally challenged, or with special medical needs, each child is unique and deserving of care. Our response is rooted in compassion, motivating us to take action.
There are so many children out there that need loving, caring foster homes, and there’s not enough homes for all the children that need it.
